The new build: one app for every business
The biggest update yet. Sign-up now starts with the Compliance Checker, and builders can run tenders on compliant trades.
The Compliance Checker
Answer questions about your trades, your work, your staff and whether you engage other trades, and watch a map of everything that applies fill in beside them. Nothing is saved until you create an account, and your answers become your checklist.
Your compliance map
Every requirement for your business, each person and each job, marked met, missing, due within 30 days or doesn't apply. Each record shows how sure we are, from your own upload to a register check.
One sign-in, every business
Everyone signs in as themselves. Work in more than one business and you switch between them. Roles for Owner, Admin, Employee and a read-only Auditor.
Subbie uploads checked before they count
Certificates from subbies wait for you to accept them. Reject one with a reason and they get a link to send it again.
Projects, work packages and tenders
Invite trades to quote from a link with no account. Bidders are checked live against the package, compliant first. Awarding someone missing a legal requirement needs a reason, kept in the audit log.
Share quotes with your client
A read-only page of a package's quotes and each bidder's compliance, with prices shown or hidden, and who you chose.
End-of-job certificates
Subbies send their Certificate of Electrical Safety or plumbing compliance certificate to your handover checklist. Accept it and it's ready for your client.
A free account for trades
Trades who quote through a link can keep their certificates in a free account and share one live link with every builder.

Employees, pay and the right paperwork
Fixed-term employees
Record a contract end date. The Fixed Term Contract Information Statement is sent with the other Fair Work statements, and you get a reminder when a contract ends within 30 days.
Award and pay checks
Record each employee's award and classification, with links to Fair Work. The digest flags anyone whose pay hasn't been checked since the last 1 July wage review.
Contractor or employee?
A check on each subcontractor based on the Fair Work Ombudsman's indicators. It saves a dated record and flags possible super guarantee liability.
Checks per employee
Right to work, driver licence, Working with Children and high-risk work licences, all tracked alongside everything else.

Incidents, notices and supervision
WorkSafe written notices
Tracks the 48-hour written notice for notifiable incidents, and puts any unsent notice on the dashboard's critical list.
Apprentice supervision ratios

SWMS and certificate deadlines
Jobs carry their statutory certificate and SWMS deadlines, so nothing slides at the end of a job.

ABN and GST recorded
